How is the Corporate plan developed?
What you may not know is that you, the residents, influence what key areas are included in the Corporate Plan priorities.
As the largest political party the Conservative Group run the Administration of East Cambridgeshire District Council, and we create the Corporate Plan, and base it on the manifesto promises that we have made to you.
How do we know what you want us to deliver?
The answer is simple – we ask you!
